Gelato a Due - International MIG 2021
28. & 29. November 2021
The competition is based on the creation of two dishes where gelato and food match:
- one culinary gelato, that is the matching of gelato and a starter, main course or a pizza gourmet;
- one gelato dessert, that is a dessert matched with gelato to serve in a plate.
during the 61st edition of MIG, the International Exhibition of Artisan Gelato, in Longarone – BL, Italy.
The competition “Gelato a Due – International MIG 2021” will take place on November, the 28. & 29. 2021.
