Gelato a Due - International MIG 2019

The competition is based on the creation of two dishes where gelato and food match:

  • one culinary gelato, that is the matching of gelato and a starter, main course or a pizza gourmet;
  • one gelato dessert, that is a dessert matched with gelato to serve in a plate.

during the 60th edition of MIG, the International Exhibition of Artisan Gelato, in Longarone – BL, Italy.

The competition “Gelato a Due – International MIG 2019” will take place on December, the 2nd 2019.
