Applications to participate to the Award must be sent to Longarone Fiere not later than 12.00 am on the 21st day of the month of November 2018. Each application, written on the Company letterhead and complete with personal data and contact details of the proponent (including the role played in the company’s organization), must contain an exhaustive documentation on the proposed object of innovation; documents should explain in a clear and simple way the proposed innovation, highlighting the advantage that it will lead to Gelato makers.
7th International Award “INNOVAZIONE MIG LONGARONE FIERE”
Starting from 2013, Longarone Fiere promotes every year, in the frame of the International Gelato Exhibition, the “Innovazione MIG Longarone Fiere” International Award aiming to exploit the results of research and innovation in products and processes related to the activities of artisanal gelato makers.
The Prize is awarded on the basis of criteria and procedures defined in the Regulations here below.
