Il Gelato delle Dolomiti

 

Tiramisu is the most eaten dessert in Italy and in is between the five Italian words most famous worldwide.

Last weekend Tiramisù World Cup Junior took place. The two little winner are Marco Bertolo (11years old from Treviso) for the original recipe and Riccardo Landonio (13 years old from Milan) for the creative recipe.

The young winners have been awarded by the famous writer Elisabetta Dami, the creator of Geronimo Stilton, the editorial series of child reading.

Two great gelato makers was with Elisabetta Dami in the panel: Stefano Dassiè of the association Accademci Italiani Gelatieri Artigiani, and Thomas Infanti, the winner of  the MIG competition called Gelato Tiramisù Italian Cup.
