Dolomieu\u201d <\/strong>di Longarone alla presenza di numerose autorit\u00e0 e rappresentanze sia scolastiche che professionali.<\/p>\n<p>Per la Vicepresidente della Provincia di Belluno, <strong>Lucia Da Rold<\/strong> \u201cuna giornata importante quella di oggi. \u00c8 un fiore all\u2019occhiello questo Istituto per tutta la provincia, che d\u00e0 degli importanti sbocchi professionali anche al termine del ciclo di studi. Come Provincia siamo molto soddisfatti di questo e dell\u2019importante collaborazione che negli anni si \u00e8 venuta a creare con l&#8217;Istituto, con la Dirigente, con i professori, proprio per dare una buona offerta formativa agli studenti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Grande la soddisfazione da parte della Dirigente Scolastica <strong>Violetta Anesin<\/strong>: \u201cIl Laboratorio di Pasticceria \u00e8 l&#8217;ennesimo di una serie di laboratori che stiamo costruendo per i nostri ragazzi. La nostra missione \u00e8 quella di dare formazione, di dare professionalit\u00e0 agli studenti che poi vanno in un contesto produttivo, dove c\u2019\u00e8 un enorme necessit\u00e0 di professionalit\u00e0 come quelle che stiamo costruendo ora. Abbiamo tutti i giorni testimonianza di professionisti, di persone dell\u2019ambito enogastronomico che ci chiedono diplomati, che hanno bisogno proprio dei nostri studenti. Quindi per noi il lavoro \u00e8 proprio quello di dare tutti gli strumenti formativi e permettere che i ragazzi sfruttino la loro passione per ottenere i risultati migliori dal punto di vista professionale\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La prof. Anesin mette in evidenza anche le importanti collaborazioni e i fondamentali contributi che rendono possibile un ampio ed elevato livello formativo per gli studenti. Ringraziamenti sentiti che sono andati dai docenti agli esperti esterni, dalla segreteria didattica che ha lavorato tantissimo anche per raccogliere finanziamenti, alla Provincia che ha ascoltato le richieste per l&#8217;attivazione di nuove apparecchiature fino agli sponsor, numerosissimi che ci hanno permesso di avere diverse attrezzature in comodato d&#8217;uso. \u201cun insieme di persone che hanno lavorato per ottenere questo risultato che ci serve appunto per dare una struttura e un supporto alla passione dei nostri studenti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>All\u2019inaugurazione era presente anche il Coordinatore di MIG 2022, <strong>Dario Olivier<\/strong>: \u201cL\u2019inaugurazione di questo nuovo laboratorio di pasticceria e gelateria dimostra un impegno grande da parte dell&#8217;Istituto Dolomieu rivolto alla formazione dei giovani in gastronomia che rende particolarmente felice anche la Fiera di Longarone. La quale da sempre collabora con l&#8217;istituto e si rende disponibile per quanto possa essere di aiuto nel percorso formativo del giovane che si accinge ad imparare una professione. In particolare, Longarone Fiere Dolomiti organizza due fiere, Expo Dolomiti HoReCa e MIG, dove i giovani hanno la possibilit\u00e0 di essere inseriti per qualche giorno nel mondo lavorativo affiancati da maestri di pasticceria e gelateria che collaborano al loro percorso formativo in maniera diretta. Ai giovani mi sentirei di dire che il cibo interessa gran parte dei nostri sensi. L\u2019olfatto: il cibo ha un profumo. Il gusto: il cibo ha un sapore. La vista: il cibo deve essere presentato in maniera ottimale, affinch\u00e9 anche la vista venga appagata. E l\u2019udito: il cibo deve essere raccontato. Porta ad emozionare chi assume il cibo che sar\u00e0 il vostro futuro cliente e che dal cibo ricever\u00e0 emozioni. Delle emozioni che si trasformeranno in una gratifica professionale che, fatta nel modo giusto cio\u00e8 abbinando la conoscenza alla passione che metterete nel vostro lavoro, porter\u00e0 a grandissimi risultati anche economici\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Anche per la Dirigente scolastica la collaborazione con Longarone Fiere \u00e8 \u201cpreziosissima. Per noi \u00e8 fondamentale che gli studenti siano sempre affiancati, e anche in un certo senso esposti a questo tipo di esperienze. Perch\u00e9 tutte le collaborazioni che abbiamo fatto con Longarone Fiere, le abbiamo configurate all&#8217;interno di un percorso di ex-alternanza scuola-lavoro che \u00e8 un\u2019attivit\u00e0, tra l\u2019altro, obbligatoria per avere l&#8217;accesso all&#8217;esame di Stato. Quindi per i nostri studenti l\u2019attivit\u00e0 in queste fiere, in queste occasioni, oltre che essere effettivamente uno strumento importantissimo di motivazione e di orientamento, \u00e8 anche uno strumento per adempiere al percorso formativo\u201d. La Anesin da quindi appuntamento a settembre per l\u2019inaugurazione del nuovo \u201claboratorio di accoglienza\u201d. Quindi Dario Olivier sottolinea in chiusura che \u201cLongarone Fiere Dolomiti non vede l\u2019ora di ospitarvi a <strong>Expo Dolomiti HoReCa<\/strong> che si svolger\u00e0 il 10,11 e 12 ottobre, e alla <strong>MIG \u2013 Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale<\/strong> \u2013 che si svolger\u00e0 dal 27 al 30 novembre quest\u2019anno\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Cresce la formazione in pasticceria e gelateria a Longarone con il nuovo laboratorio del Dolomieu\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qBXY25rF3cA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
