This <strong>Taste Route<\/strong> is not just a gastronomic experience, but a sensory journey through different cultures and flavours, where each ice-cream maker brings with him his own history and his link with the land. Among the 24 flavours that will be available for tasting are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zabaione in Barolo Chinato<\/li>\n<li>Damask rose and raspberry<\/li>\n<li>Bottarga and candied celery<\/li>\n<li>Pasta and beans<\/li>\n<li>Toritto almond<\/li>\n<li>Crab and pistachio<\/li>\n<li>Almond honey and saffron<\/li>\n<li>Rice and jasmine tea<\/li>\n<li>Rawpine nut<\/li>\n<li>Lentil, currants and chocolate<\/li>\n<li>and many others&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each taste represents a unique combination of selected ingredients in a perfect balance of tradition and innovation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Participation and Voting<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Visitors will be able to sample up to <strong>12 flavours<\/strong> thanks to a <strong>card tasting card<\/strong> distributed free of charge with the entrance ticket. Those wishing to try all 24 flavours will be able to purchase additional passes at the fair.
