{"id":20943,"date":"2024-10-14T10:22:12","date_gmt":"2024-10-14T09:22:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostradelgelato.com\/concorso\/coppa-doro-54th-edition\/"},"modified":"2024-11-07T09:42:31","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T08:42:31","slug":"coppa-doro-54th-edition","status":"publish","type":"concorso","link":"https:\/\/www.mostradelgelato.com\/en\/concorso\/coppa-doro-54th-edition\/","title":{"rendered":"Coppa d&#8217;Oro 54th edition"},"content":{"rendered":"&#13;\n<p>On the occasion of the 64th edition of MIG &#8211; Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale, scheduled in the halls of Longarone Fiere Dolomiti from 23 to 25 November 2024, the International Coppa d&#8217;Oro Competition, now in its 54th edition, will take place.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>This prestigious competition tests the best ice cream makers, both Italian and international, who will compete in the preparation of the best artisanal<strong> Pistachio flavour with milk base i<\/strong>ce cream.<\/p>&#13;\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can participate?<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>The competition is open to all <strong>professional gelato makers over 18<\/strong> years of age operating in Italy or abroad. Participation requires online registration and delivery of the ice cream on <strong>23 November 2024<\/strong>, at the fair, following the procedures indicated in the official regulations. The registration fee is <strong>\u20ac 80.00<\/strong>.<\/p>&#13;\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stages of the competition<\/h2>&#13;\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li><strong>First stage &#8211; Saturday 23 November 2024<\/strong><br\/>The competitors will present their ice cream samples, which will be assessed by a qualified jury for <strong>taste and texture<\/strong>. The best 10 samples will advance to the next stage. <\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>Second Stage &#8211; Monday 25 November 2024<\/strong><br\/>The finalists will have to prepare a <strong>Pistachio-flavoured<\/strong> ice cream in a multi-stage workshop. This will be done in the presence of the public, and the jury will also evaluate the samples for their <strong> aestheticpresentation<\/strong>, awarding the <strong> CreativityPrize<\/strong>. <\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>Final Stage &#8211; Monday 25 November 2024<\/strong><br\/>The jury will carry out a public evaluation of the finalist samples and, at the end of the day, the winners will be announced.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ol>\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prizes<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>The first runner-up will win the prestigious <strong>GOLDENCUP 2024<\/strong>, while the finalists will receive special trophies and awards. There will also be an <strong>Under 32Award<\/strong> for the best young ice cream makers. <\/p>&#13;\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to participate?<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>To participate, you must <strong>pre-register online<\/strong> via the official MIG website: <a href=\"#form\">Register here<\/a>.
