This competition aims to promote and valorise the work and the professional and creative skills of artisan ice cream makers in the realisation and presentation of a homemade ice cream that represents the values of sport with particular reference to winter sports .<\/p> \n \n

This is an initiative of the GA – National Committee for the defense and diffusion of artisan and self-produced gelato – and the GAT Association – Triveneto Artisan Gelato Makers – with the patronage of the Cortina Foundation and ARTGLACE – Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Associations des Artisans Glaciers de la Communaut\u00e9 Europ\u00e9enne – and the collaboration of Longarone Fiere Dolomiti.<\/p> \n \n
