The Percorso del Gusto<\/strong> also known as Taste Journey is the most innovative and engaging event of the Longarone MIG 2024<\/strong>, designed to enhance the technical skills of Gelato Masters<\/strong>, the variety and abundance of the territories<\/strong> they come from, and the biodiversity<\/strong> of ingredients.<\/p> \n \n

This event represents a true sensory journey <\/strong>which not only celebrates the art of artisan gelato but also directly involves the public, offering a unique and interactive experience.<\/p> \n

A sensory and engaging journey<\/h2> \n \n

During the Percorso del Gusto<\/strong>, visitors will have the opportunity to taste 24 gelato flavours<\/strong> proposed by as many Gelato Masters from Italy and abroad. Each gelato maker will present a unique creation that expresses his creativity<\/strong>, his connection with the territory<\/strong> and his selection of natural and quality ingredients<\/strong>. The public will have the chance to taste these gelatos thanks to special tasting cards<\/strong> included in the entrance ticket, which will allow for 12 free tastings.<\/strong> Those who wish to try all the flavours can purchase additional cards at the trade fair. <\/p> \n

Active public involvement<\/h2> \n \n

A key aspect of the Percorso del Gusto<\/strong> is the active involvement of the public, who will be called upon to decide the Best Natural Flavour 2024<\/strong>. After tasting the different creations, visitors will be able to express their preference and vote for the gelato that most impressed them in terms of balance, flavour and quality of ingredients. This active participation makes the experience even more exciting and interactive, as the public becomes an integral part of the selection process. <\/p> \n

Each gelato maker will also have the opportunity to tell the story behind the flavour through show cooking. During these presentations, the gelato makers will describe the choice of ingredients, the connection with their territory and the preparation techniques used. This moment will allow people to discover the art of gelato from a more in-depth perspective, highlighting the work, the technical knowledge and passion of each artisan gelato maker. <\/p> \n
