In questo contesto <strong>Confartigianato Alimentazione<\/strong> ha confermato la propria presenza con uno stand-laboratorio sempre animato, diventato per tre giorni un punto di riferimento per chi guarda al gelato artigianale come patrimonio, mestiere e futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Fin dalle prime ore di apertura, i <strong>Maestri Artigiani di Confartigianato<\/strong> hanno trasformato lo spazio espositivo in un luogo vivo di dimostrazioni, confronto professionale e dialogo con i visitatori. Le attivit\u00e0 del laboratorio hanno mostrato la profondit\u00e0 del sapere gelatiero italiano, attraverso tecniche, creativit\u00e0 e attenzione al dettaglio che definiscono l\u2019identit\u00e0 dell\u2019artigianato alimentare.<\/p>\n<p>La MIG Experience 2025 \u00e8 stata soprattutto una vetrina importante per i <strong>150<\/strong> <strong>giovani delle scuole professionali<\/strong>, veri protagonisti dello stand. La giornata di luned\u00ec ha visto la presenza degli studenti del <strong>CIVIFORM di Cividale e Opicina &#8211; FVG<\/strong>, che hanno animato il laboratorio con preparazioni ispirate alla tradizione mitteleuropea e italiana, portando freschezza, curiosit\u00e0 e grande abilit\u00e0 tecnica. Il loro lavoro ha evidenziato come la formazione professionale, quando affiancata alla maestria artigiana, possa trasformarsi in un laboratorio di innovazione.<\/p>\n<p>Non meno significativa la partecipazione della <strong>scuola ENGIM Veneto<\/strong>, che marted\u00ec \u2013 insieme ai Maestri Artigiani di Confartigianato Veneto \u2013 ha proposto ricette originali e abbinamenti studiati ad hoc con prodotti lattiero-caseari del territorio. La qualit\u00e0 delle loro preparazioni e l\u2019entusiasmo mostrato dai ragazzi hanno dimostrato quanto la collaborazione tra artigiani e istituti formativi sia fondamentale per garantire un futuro solido e creativo alla gelateria italiana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>La MIG conferma il valore della trasmissione del sapere artigiano<\/strong> \u2013 sottolinea il Presidente di Confartigianato Alimentazione e dei Dolciari, Cristiano Gaggion \u2013, vedere i nostri maestri lavorare fianco a fianco con gli studenti \u00e8 la prova concreta di quanto la formazione sia la chiave per un settore che vive di tradizione ma ha bisogno di nuove energie e nuove idee\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La partecipazione congiunta di professionisti affermati e giovani in formazione ha trasformato lo stand di Confartigianato in un luogo di scambio e crescita, dove l\u2019artigianalit\u00e0 \u00e8 stata raccontata non solo come tecnica, ma anche come cultura, passione e visione. Accanto alle attivit\u00e0 del laboratorio, la presenza e gli interventi dei rappresentanti di Confartigianato a MIG Experience hanno rappresentato inoltre un\u2019importante occasione di confronto sui temi pi\u00f9 attuali del settore. Sono stati infatti diversi gli appuntamenti che hanno permesso di approfondire gli aspetti normativi e le ricadute per le imprese, riaffermando la necessit\u00e0 di tutelare la qualit\u00e0 del prodotto, la trasparenza nei confronti dei consumatori e il valore del lavoro artigiano. Confartigianato ha ribadito il proprio impegno nel contribuire a una regolamentazione chiara, condivisa e capace di valorizzare le competenze dei gelatieri italiani ed \u00e8 stata ribadita
