Ad accogliere il pubblico, dai professionisti del mondo del gelato agli appassionati del dolce freddo, dai food-blogger e influencer ai media nazionali e internazionali, le <strong>Dop<\/strong> e <strong>Igp<\/strong>, la frutta \u201c<strong>Qualit\u00e0 Verificata<\/strong>\u201d e i vini <strong>Doc<\/strong> e <strong>Docg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A coordinare le presentazioni e il programma c\u2019era il Maestro gelatiere <strong>Marco Reato<\/strong>: \u201c\u00c8 stata un&#8217;edizione di MIG diversa dal solito, nonostante ci\u00f2, c&#8217;\u00e8 stata molta pi\u00f9 affluenza del previsto. Nello stand della Regione del Veneto abbiamo presentato 15 gusti e consumato oltre 150 chili di gelato. Realizzato con tutte le eccellenze del nostro territorio, sapientemente lavorate dalle mani di maestri artigiani quali Simone Vallotto, Simone de Nardi, Costantino Sanelli, Andrea Branchini. E dal gruppo degli Accademici italiani gelatieri artigiani che hanno contribuito a rendere questa <strong>Veneto experience<\/strong>\u00a0davvero suggestiva. Dalle degustazioni di tutti i prodotti del territorio trasformati in gelato alle combinazioni fusion pi\u00f9 inaspettate quali la pesca di Verona IGP con il sake kasu giapponese di Hosihitaro Asada. Dal tagliolino fresco al tartufo veneto accompagnato da un gelato al grana padano dop con il supporto dello chef e cuococontadino Marco Casagrande,\u00a0al Miele della Rinascita \u2013 prodotto nel sito pilota\u00a0del progetto Life Vaia gestito da Veneto Agricoltura\u00a0in Cansiglio\u00a0&#8211; integrato insieme al kiwi veneto in una granita alcolica, base di un cocktail sapientemente lavorato dal bartender Stefano Canova in un gioco caldo-freddo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u2019occasione anche formativa per gli studenti dell\u2019Enaip Veneto di Longarone che nello stand si sono trovati a cimentarsi con le migliori materie prime, guidati dai maestri artigiani. C\u2019erano il mandorlato di Cologna Veneta, kiwi, pere e mele \u201cQualit\u00e0 Verificata\u201d, l\u2019olio del Garda Dop, il formaggio Piave Dop, la casatella trevigiana Dop, il radicchio di Treviso Igp, il recioto della Valpolicella Docg, la pesca di Verona Igp, il tartufo veneto, il grana padano Dop, il formaggio Asiago Dop e il Monte Veronese Dop, il riso del delta del Po Igp, la ciliegia di Marostica Igp e l\u2019immancabile prosecco Doc.<\/p>\n<p>Ma a sorprendere la presenza di molti giapponesi, arrivati per concorrere alla 55.
